Disclosure is operated by The Guernsey Police Disclosure Unit. Several types of disclosure are available.
You may be asked to apply for a Basic Disclosure by an employer/prospective employer. For more details, visit the Basic Disclosure page.
Employers can request such a disclosure where they feel it is appropriate. It lists all unspent and spent convictions and cautions held on the Police National Computer and local police systems.
Application forms for Standard Disclosures are supplied by the employer.
